In Cruise Terminal 1, passengers can enjoy drinks and light refreshments in a stylish cafe operated by Riverside Catering. In Cruise Terminal 2, you can relax with a drink in the departure lounge and enjoy views across the harbour.

Special assistance

Both terminals 1 and 2 are connected to the ships by airport-style walkways and have wheelchair friendly ramps with trained staff to assist. Lifts connect all floors of the terminals and all washrooms have disabled facilities.

Driving directions

Ferry Terminal: From the M2, merge onto the A2 at Faversham. Continue along the A2 until you reach the Eastern Docks roundabout and then take a right to Dover Ferry Terminal which is signposted.

Cruise Terminals: From the M20, merge onto the A20 at Folkestone and continue along the A20 until you reach the Limekiln roundabout from which you can see the Dover Cruise Terminals signposted. Take a right on the roundabout and drive into the terminal car park.
